Ordering a Commission:

Contact me via Discord (@clawsie) or Instagram (@clawsieg) and fill out the following form:Commission Type: (e.g. headshot/scene/icon, etc.)

Terms of Service

Pricing/Payment

♡ All base prices displayed are subject to change based on the complexity of the piece.♡ After the commission is accepted by the artist, the client may make their payment through PayPal.♡ Full payment is to be given up-front on any commissions under the price of $20. Payments of $20 and above may be given half up-front and half upon the finishing of the piece, if requested by the client.♡ If the client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketching stage, they will receive a 50% refund. If they wish to cancel their commission after this stage, a refund will not be issued.

Communication

♡ All communication between artist and client about the commission is to be through email or Discord.♡ Commission availability will be kept up-to-date on the artist's blog. If there are no more slots available, commission slots may be reserved by the client. These reserved commissions will not be worked on until space becomes available in the official commission slots.♡ The client will be contacted and given a chance to direct alterations of the piece during the sketching stage. At this stage, the client may also request the artist to create up to two alternate compositions.♡ The artist may send updates of select or all stages of the drawing if requested by the client.♡ The artist will finish the commissioned piece within the time frame given upon the artist accepting the commission, unless communication is interrupted or stated otherwise. The client may inform the artist and request a shorter time frame if the commissioned piece is time sensitive.

Posting/Rights

♡ The finished artwork is to be used for personal use only, unless written permission is given by the artist. This means that the client is prohibited from profiting off of the commission. Using/posting the finished artwork on social media is allowed, if the artist is clearly credited.♡ The artist reserves the rights to decline any commission.♡ The artist has the right to display any commissioned pieces on their gallery, blog, or social medias. However, the client may request the artist to refrain from posting or wait until a specified date.♡ The client retains all rights to their respective characters, but not to the commissioned image.♡ The commissioned artwork, any examples, or any works done by the artist are not allowed to be used in any way for or by artificial intelligence programs.

Keep In Mind

♡ Clear, digitally coloured reference sheets are to be provided by the client. If this is not possible, written or traditional references are to be accepted at a higher cost.♡ The artist will NOT draw anything NSFW, illegal, or hateful in any way. Any commissions made requesting such things will be instantly denied. Gore will be handled on a case-to-case basis.♡ By ordering a commission, you have automatically agreed to these Terms of Service, and are required to abide by them.
